Effective:
Agreement
By accessing or using Streamlytics, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live and must use Streamlytics for lawful purposes.
The service
Streamlytics helps sellers organize supported Whatnot Ledger and Weekly Orders CSV reports, COGS, expenses, refunds, inventory costs, customers, products, shows, and reconciliation information. Features may change as the product develops.
Streamlytics is independent from Whatnot and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot. “Whatnot” and related marks belong to their respective owner.
Your account
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect your password, email account, and active sessions.
- Do not share access in a way that defeats account or workspace protections.
- Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
Your data and permissions
You retain ownership of the reports, costs, expenses, settings, and other business information you provide. You grant Streamlytics a limited permission to process, store, reproduce, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the right to upload and process the information you provide. Do not upload information you are prohibited from using, including reports or personal information obtained unlawfully.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Streamlytics for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, or infringement;
- attempt to access another seller’s account, workspace, or data;
- probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or defeat security or rate limits;
- introduce malware or use automated access that materially harms the service;
- reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where the law expressly allows it; or
- misrepresent Streamlytics reports as audited financial statements or guarantees.
Financial information and report limitations
Streamlytics is an operational analytics tool, not an accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advisory service. Results depend on the completeness, format, timing, and accuracy of imported reports and user-entered costs. Whatnot may record sales, settlements, refunds, and adjustments on different dates.
Streamlytics prioritizes source-backed values. It does not estimate platform fees unless a future feature clearly identifies an optional estimate. You are responsible for reviewing results and consulting qualified professionals before relying on them for taxes, bookkeeping, lending, or other consequential decisions.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, including during maintenance or beta development. We may establish reasonable usage limits to protect reliability and security. We do not promise that every Whatnot report format will remain compatible or that the service will always be uninterrupted.
Third-party services
Streamlytics relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party websites. Their services and terms are separate from ours. We are not responsible for third-party products, changes to Whatnot report formats, or outages outside our reasonable control.
Ownership
Streamlytics, its interface, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business; they do not transfer ownership of Streamlytics.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Streamlytics at any time and may request account deletion through support. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a serious security risk, unlawful conduct, material violation of these terms, or harm to other users or the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streamlytics is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streamlytics and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Streamlytics during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
General terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning Streamlytics. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without permission; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, or sale of the service. Applicable law will govern these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date or other reasonable notice. Questions may be sent to jpvdistributionllc@gmail.com.
