Recommended import order
- Upload the Whatnot Ledger CSV first. This establishes net earnings and settlement activity.
- Upload the matching Weekly Orders Report CSV next. This adds gross sales, buyer usernames, products, quantities, show information, and business dates when those columns are available.
- Upload additional weekly reports one at a time. Streamlytics uses order identifiers and reporting periods to avoid double-counting overlapping uploads.
- Add COGS and indirect expenses. These user-entered costs complete the net-profit calculation.
Platform and payment-processing fees may already be included in Net Earnings depending on the imported Whatnot report. Streamlytics does not invent missing fee values.
Common questions
Buyer names say “Ledger buyer”
Ledger exports may not include buyer usernames. Upload the matching Weekly Orders Report so Streamlytics can attach customer names using order and transaction details.
Dates look shifted
Sales and settlements can be recorded on different dates. Dashboard analytics use the business date when available, while reconciliation keeps the settlement date separately.
An import completed, but totals did not change
Confirm that you are signed in, wait for the cloud-sync status, refresh once, and check the Imports page for the report type and date range. Re-upload the source report if the status says the save needs attention.
Revenue or profit looks wrong
Weekly Orders should supply gross sales, while Ledger activity should supply net earnings. Review COGS, refunds, indirect expenses, and the Reconciliation page before treating the result as final.
A product appears many times
Numbered listings with the same base title can be grouped for product analytics. Edit inventory or grouping details if distinct items should remain separate.
I deleted an import
Deleting an import is intended to remove the dashboard records linked to that file. If figures remain after a refresh, contact support with the import name and account email.
Before contacting support
Please include:
- the email address used for your Streamlytics account;
- whether the file is a Ledger CSV or Weekly Orders Report CSV;
- the report date range and row count;
- the exact message shown by Streamlytics; and
- a screenshot with sensitive values hidden if possible.
Do not email your password, authentication links, API keys, or database credentials. If a report is necessary to reproduce a problem, support will explain the safest way to provide it.
