Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Streamlytics websites, accounts, dashboards, and support interactions. Streamlytics is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot.
Information we handle
- Account information: email address, authentication records, Whatnot username, currency, timezone, and workspace settings.
- Imported business data: order and transaction identifiers, buyer usernames, product and show information, dates, quantities, gross sales or net earnings when supplied, COGS, refunds, adjustments, and expenses.
- Support information: messages, screenshots, report details, and other information you choose to send when requesting help.
- Service information: security, diagnostic, and access logs that our hosting, authentication, and email providers may generate while operating the service.
Streamlytics does not estimate platform or payment-processing fees. Fee details are shown only when an imported report explicitly provides them.
How information is used
We use information to:
- create and secure your account and workspace;
- process imports and calculate source-backed revenue, net earnings, profit, COGS, margins, units, customer, product, show, and reconciliation views;
- save the records needed to keep your dashboard available across sessions;
- send account, confirmation, password-reset, and service messages;
- investigate errors, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and improve reliability; and
- respond to support and privacy requests.
Storage and service providers
Imported reports are processed by the Streamlytics application. Data may be stored in your browser and, while you are signed in, synchronized to your Streamlytics account database. Clearing browser data may remove device-local information but does not necessarily delete synchronized account records.
Streamlytics uses service providers to operate the product, including Vercel for web hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Resend for account email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account and imported records are kept while they are needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Deleting an import in Streamlytics is intended to remove the financial records linked to that import from the dashboard. Device-local records remain until they are deleted in the product or cleared from the browser.
To request deletion of your account or synchronized account data, contact jpvdistributionllc@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request.
Security
We use account authentication, workspace access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect access to your email account, and contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your choices
You may choose what reports to import, edit supported business settings, delete imports and manually entered records, and request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some records may need to be retained when required for security or legal reasons.
Children and international use
Streamlytics is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Local privacy rights may vary by location.
